I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Instructor since 1998 and furthered this with lyengar and Astanga Teacher training.
A Yoga practice involves movement and postures, concentrating on breathing and meditation. Regular Practice of any method of yoga will lead to better health, flexibility, strength and stamina. A feeling of calm and peace mentally and will help to release anxiety, stiffness and emotional instability.

Traditionally,Yoga was taught on a One To One basis,there are many advantages to having your own private classes, at a time and place to suit you and your schedule. An individual practice of postures and breathing will be developed and taught, one that is appropriate for your particular needs. Individual needs to be considered might include
