I am a qualified Hatha Yoga Instructor since 1998 and furthered this with lyengar and Astanga Teacher training.

A Yoga practice involves movement and postures, concentrating on breathing and meditation. Regular Practice of any method of yoga will lead to better health, flexibility, strength and stamina. A feeling of calm and peace mentally and will help to release anxiety, stiffness and emotional instability.
