Looking for a like-minded individual to occupy the available room – someone who is clean, quiet, tidy, with a relaxed and happy approach to life.
You will be sharing with one other person, female, Irish, part-time yoga teacher. I have a regular full time job also. I am vegetarian, but meat eaters are welcome to apply!!
It is a strict non-smoking apartment. Currently, the rent is €600 per month but I ‘m in negotiations with the landlord to get it reduced.
There is no designated parking, but you may be able to rent a car-space in the lot, as there are always adverts up in the building about car-spaces to rent.  NO COUPLES
